2 years ago Kirsty was on her way to work, like every day. One day before she broke up with her boyfriend. She was still really upset and stressed and she did not think to eat something. She started to feel very dizzy, but she did not want to sit down because the benches were wet from rain. Suddenly she blacked out and stumbled forward to the platform edge and collapsed - excactly in the moment when the train arrived. The train ran over her arm. Inthe hospital she was told that the arm can only be amputate. She started to cry becauseshe had hoped they can save it somehow. Right-handed Kirsty had to to learn all everyday tasks again. She was very sad because she loved so much to play the guitar. But Kirsty never gave up and tried to get used with her new life. She always lloks forward, never back - in Situation where most others would give up she is brave and strong. We are very proud of Kirsty for her stong peronality.She is a great example for all others in similar situations. With her phto shoot she wants to show that there is no reaon to hide from the world or give up.
